Yes. Inside GoHighLevel you choose the agency view or sub-accounts, and then all sub-accounts, only the ones you list, or all except the ones you list.

Yes. Set your opening hours and mark channels such as calls as hours only. Outside those hours the widget shows an away message instead.

Yes. Panels and drawers can go full screen on phones, and you can keep the launcher the same, make it smaller or hide it on mobile. Use the phone button in the preview above to see it.
